Bea Ramon's practice focuses on corporate law matters, including advising public and private companies and private equity firms on mergers and acquisitions and other strategic transactions in a wide range of industries.
Bea maintains an active pro bono practice, representing clients in immigration matters and nonprofit organizations regarding corporate governance.
In law school, Bea interned at the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Massachusetts and the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. She also served as a teaching assistant for the Ghana Project Clinic on socioeconomic development and as a clinical student for the Harvard Immigration and Refugee Clinic.
Prior to law school, Bea worked in the U.S. Senate and local government.
Bea was born in Cuba and is a native Spanish speaker.
