Dylan Mook counsels domestic and international clients on commercial real estate matters, with a practice encompassing acquisitions and dispositions, borrower-side real estate finance, commercial leasing, and the real estate components of corporate transactions. He has significant experience in the multifamily and data center sectors, regularly representing sophisticated institutional real estate owners, developers, and funds in their most critical transactions throughout the United States. Dylan regularly manages complex, high-value engagements, driving the negotiation, documentation, and execution of acquisition and disposition transactions across a range of deal structures and asset types, as well as large-scale construction loan financings for substantial development projects. In addition, Dylan oversees the real estate aspects of mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and capital markets transactions.
Some of the clients Dylan has recently represented include Greystar Real Estate Partners, Cloud Capital Advisors, CITGO Petroleum Corporation, the City of Cleveland, and Teddy Baldassarre Entertainment.
Dylan serves on the Junior Board of EDWINS Leadership & Restaurant Institute, a Cleveland-based nonprofit dedicated to providing formerly incarcerated individuals with culinary and hospitality training and a foundation for long-term success.
