Corey Lee is a strategic legal advisor for clients involved in litigation and government investigations and a national thought leader in e-discovery best practices and policy. Corey has represented clients in high-stakes litigation and investigations where sensitive data, regulatory exposure, and business-critical disputes converge.

Corey has significant experience litigating a broad range of antitrust cases. He has experience in cases both brought by private litigants and the government under Section 2 claims premised on repair restrictions in attempts to advance the so-called "right to repair." Corey has experience in Section 1 cases brought against manufacturers related to the recyclability of plastics and in cartel cases brought against manufacturers related to alleged price fixing.

Corey defends companies in class actions arising from data breach events, including claims involving Protected Health Information (PHI) and consumer account data. He also counsel clients on information security incident response and the litigation risks that follow a breach.

Corey advises clients on the full life cycle of electronically stored information — from preservation and litigation holds through collection, review, and production. Companies turn to Corey when they need a litigator who understands both the legal obligations and the technology behind large-scale document review.

Corey is a member of the American Bar Association; National Bar Association; Yale University Alumni Schools Committee; board of directors of the Duke Law Alumni Association; The Sedona Conference, Working Group 1, Electronic Document Retention and Production; and a Fellow of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity.
