Laurel Knapp is a litigator who represents and counsels clients in complex commercial disputes and investigations. Laurel focuses on securities litigation and on representing financial institutions and corporate clients in disputes involving contract, tort, and statutory claims.
Laurel is currently defending a large technical professional services firm in a tort mass action arising from alleged exposure to hazardous materials at a chemical manufacturing plant.
Laurel maintains an active pro bono practice. She is currently involved in Jones Day's initiative to combat human trafficking and is a member of a team organizing the Columbus Start Anew clinic, which provides resources to meet the immediate needs of survivors.
