Samantha Hom focuses her practice on commercial litigation in federal and state courts. She has experience in contract disputes, arbitration proceedings, and toxic tort litigation.
Samantha also maintains an active pro bono practice representing clients in immigration matters and child custody proceedings.
While in law school, Samantha was an oralist for Northwestern's Price Media Law Moot Court team. The Price Media Law Moot Court competition is an international competition hosted by Oxford University that focuses on free expression issues in international law. Samantha earned top 10 oralist awards both years she participated in the competition. Additionally, as a symposium editor for the Northwestern Journal of Human Rights, Samantha organized an event that hosted a prominent Russian media lawyer to speak on free press challenges facing Russian journalists covering the war in Ukraine.
