Marie Houbrechts is a real estate lawyer with experience across the real estate spectrum, from construction law to public-private partnerships, combining advanced contract drafting with litigation experience.
Marie advises on project development, structuring real estate transactions, and drafting all types of leases. She has experience working for public and private parties in real estate transactions and in drafting and negotiating a wide range of real estate and construction-related contracts.
Marie currently serves as a teaching assistant at the Institute for Property Law at KU Leuven.
