Helen Gianakopoulos' practice focuses on the employee benefits and executive compensation elements of corporate transactions. Helen has experience preparing employment, severance, and separation agreements and equity and incentive arrangements in private company transactions.

Prior to attending law school, Helen worked in digital media strategy at an independent agency, where she focused on sports partnerships and small business strategy for a large financial client.
