Louise Formisano advises on real estate investment funds and joint ventures. Louise has experience on all aspects of structuring, establishment, marketing, and operation of investment funds.
Prior to joining Jones Day in 2025, Louise worked for an international law firm in the United Kingdom where she assisted a range of sponsors, investors, managers, and operators on primary investments, fund formations, and co-investments. During this time, Louise was also seconded to Goldman Sachs International, where she worked within their global markets equities and fixed income divisions.
