She has extensive experience handling high-stakes disputes relating to numerous types of coverage, including commercial general liability, errors and omissions, property, and directors and officers liability insurance. Amanda advises clients at all stages — from initial coverage analysis to pre-claim counseling and advocacy and through litigation. Amanda also regularly collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate and manage parallel insurance proceedings during underlying liability matters.
Amanda has played a key role in helping policyholders recover hundreds of millions of dollars in insurance proceeds in connection with complex claims involving large, multi-layer and multi-year insurance programs, including mass tort claims, catastrophic property loss and business interruption, and product liability claims.
