Serene Chung's practice focuses on cross-border M&A and private equity transactions. She represents clients across multiple industry sectors on M&A, investments, joint ventures, and corporate reorganizations.
Prior to joining Jones Day in 2025, Serene served as lead corporate counsel for a global blockchain and cryptocurrency infrastructure provider in the Asia Pacific region, and she brings industry insight into the digital assets space. She also practiced in the Singapore office of an international law firm, where she advised multinational and regional clients on a wide range of M&A and corporate law matters.
