Mario Comunale assists international clients, multinational groups, and investment funds in connection with buy-side and sell-side domestic and cross-border M&A transactions. He advises in the context of share and asset deals across a wide range of industries, including biochemicals, manufacturing, industrial, and health care.
In connection with M&A transactions, Mario also has advised clients on foreign direct investment (FDI) matters under applicable Italian FDI regulations and has provided guidance on recent environmental, social, and governance (ESG) disclosure requirements.
