Florent Bouyer has significant experience in capital markets, public M&A, and complex corporate and securities law matters. He advises on a wide array of capital markets transactions, including tender offers, equity offerings, equity-linked and debt offerings, IPOs (initial public offerings), public and private placements, block trades, dual listings, and delistings. Florent also handles all corporate law questions and regulatory issues relating to AMF (Autorité des Marchés Financiers) and corporate governance/ESG (environmental, social, and governance).
