Alexandra Boeriu represents clients in complex civil litigation in state and federal courts. Her pretrial experience includes fact investigation, legal research, and motion drafting.
Recently, Alexandra represented Experian, one of the three national credit reporting agencies in the United States, in individual consumer litigation brought under the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
Alexandra also maintains an active pro bono practice, furthering the Firm's Human Trafficking Expungement Initiative by working with victims of human trafficking to obtain expungement of their criminal records.
