Jones Day advised Keystone National Group, LLC in connection with the formation of Keystone Private Market Opportunities Fund VIII, L.P., a private equity fund ("KPMO VIII"). KPMO VIII closed with approximately $147 million in capital commitments primarily from individual investors.
