Andy Rumschlag practices complex commercial litigation. He has experience in federal and state courts representing clients in mass torts, commercial contract disputes, and constitutional litigation. Andy also counsels financial institutions in state and federal fair access and anti-debanking matters.
Andy maintains an active pro bono practice, which includes criminal appeals, post-conviction petitions, and housing matters. In addition, Andy serves on the board of directors for the Northern District of Ohio Chapter of the Federal Bar Association (FBA). Andy's work for the FBA includes co-chairing the Newsletter Committee, which publishes the chapter's award-winning newsletter, Inter Alia.
Prior to joining Jones Day, Andy served as a law clerk for Judge James S. Gwin at the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
