Ariel Pinsky represents and counsels clients involved in complex civil litigation matters in both state and federal courts. Ariel's practice focuses on products liability defense, mass torts, and high-stakes commercial disputes. Ariel has experience in many aspects of discovery and trial preparation, including drafting dispositive briefs, writing and arguing evidentiary motions, preparing documents for depositions and presentation at trial, and managing offensive and defensive discovery. Ariel has been a member of multiple trial teams in cases tried to verdict.

Ariel also maintains an active pro bono practice representing and consulting asylum seekers through Jones Day's Border Project and assisting clients with pardon applications through the Georgia Justice Project.

Prior to joining Jones Day, Ariel served as the inaugural clerk at the Georgia State-wide Business Court, which opened its doors in 2020 and is modeled after the Delaware Court of Chancery.
