Marcos Mullin joined our New Lawyers Group (NLG) in 2025. The NLG provides our newest lawyers with the opportunity to gain exposure to different practice areas and lawyering styles before making a commitment to a specific practice. Individuals in the NLG may focus on a particular area of practice, or compare practices, during their first year with Jones Day.
Prior to joining Jones Day, Marcos served as a law clerk for Judge Jerry E. Smith of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
- Harvard University (J.D. 2024; Dean's Award for Community Leadership); The University of Texas at San Antonio (B.A. in Economics and Public Administration summa cum laude 2020)
- Admitted in District of Columbia and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit; not admitted in Ohio; supervised by a licensed Ohio Bar Member
- Law Clerk to Judge Jerry E. Smith, U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit (2024-2025)
