Dylan Mook advises domestic and international clients on commercial real estate matters involving acquisitions and dispositions, financings, joint ventures and developments, and leasing of office, research and development, mixed-use, and industrial space, including sale-leasebacks. In addition, Dylan coordinates the real estate components of mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions, and he advises clients on the real estate aspects of capital market and debt transactions. He has particular experience in the multifamily, industrial, and banking sectors.
