Emily Jennings works with a range of domestic and international clients in the energy and natural resources sector. She has experience across energy supply (including gas sales, gas transportation, gas swaps, and master supply agreements), project development, and asset transactions.

Emily also has been part of the team advising on the close-out of a material offshore natural gas funding and supply arrangement and a material coal asset and share sale arrangement, with a particular focus on due diligence workstreams for those projects.
