Joe has counseled clients on numerous transactions, including STERIS's sale of its Dental segment for $787.5 million, Evoqua Water Technologies Corp.'s $7.5 billion stock-for-stock merger with Xylem Inc., Parker-Hannifin Corporation's sale of its Aircraft Wheel and Brake Division for $440 million, Materion Corporation's acquisition of H.C. Starck Solutions' electronic materials business for $380 million, and Ferro Corporation's sale of its global tile coatings business for $460 million.
Other companies with which he has worked on substantial matters include The Timken Company, Owens Corning, and Cleveland-Cliffs.
