Liz Fassih represents clients in complex civil litigation in federal and state courts. She has experience with many aspects of litigation, including drafting motions and pleadings, taking and defending depositions, and all stages of offensive and defensive discovery. Liz is currently involved in representing a large pharmaceutical manufacturer in antitrust and consumer protection litigations and investigations.
Liz maintains an active pro bono practice and is involved in representing individuals seeking asylum in the United States. She has also participated in drafting an amicus brief in support of petitioners in a capital habeas matter.
Prior to joining Jones Day, Liz served as a judicial law clerk on the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
