Jake Cooper defends employers in a variety of complex labor and employment matters. His experience includes defending employers against claims arising under the full gamut of federal antidiscrimination laws as well as against claims brought under analogous state and local statutes. Jake also works on wage and hour class and collective actions. Beyond his litigation experience, which includes both discovery and dispositive motion practice, Jake helps employers navigate systemic investigations before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and other government agencies.

Jake maintains an active pro bono practice and has represented clients in citizenship, asylum, child support, and child custody matters.
