Banca IMI acts as distributor in issue of step up fixed-rate bonds by Mediobanca for $250 million

Jones Day advised Banca IMI, as distributor, in connection with the issuance of step up fixed-rate bonds by Mediobanca, for $250 million. The issue under EMTN Programme has been placed in Italy through Intesa Sanpaolo. The issue of senior securities due 2023 includes step up annual fixed coupon and are listed on the Ireland Stock Exchange.
