KeyBank increases financing for certain subsidiaries of Authentic Brands Group

Jones Day represented KeyBank National Association in connection with an amendment to the existing financing for certain subsidiaries of Authentic Brands Group LLC, a consumer brand development and licensing company. The amendment consisted of additional term loans that would be used to provide financing for the acquisition of the equity interests of Elvis Presley Enterprises, LLC and of the equity interests of Muhammad Ali Enterprises, LLC.
