Reese Wilking advises public and private companies and private equity firms on mergers and acquisitions and other strategic transactions in a range of industries, including biomedical sciences, manufacturing, energy, and technology. Reese also has experience advising companies on corporate governance matters.

Reese maintains an active pro bono practice, including through the Firm's Border Project providing on-the-ground legal support to asylum clients at a detention facility in Laredo, Texas.
