Gus Todd focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts, including representing clients in disputes related to shareholder and securities litigation, class actions, breach of contract claims, governmental investigations, internal corporate investigations, and intellectual property enforcement. Gus represents clients across multiple industries, including publicly regulated utilities, agricultural products, construction, and information technology. He has experience with all stages of litigation, including factual investigation, drafting and responding to discovery requests, expert discovery, depositions, motions practice, and settlement negotiations.

Gus also maintains an active pro bono practice. As a member of Jones Day's Laredo Project, he helped to develop a strategy to ensure clients who were granted asylum by immigration judges were allowed into the United States despite the Migrant Protection Protocols (MPP). He also handles matters for the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation.
