Kasey Tuttle represents clients in complex commercial litigation matters, including consumer class actions, mass arbitrations, mass torts, and multidistrict litigations. He has extensive experience preparing briefs and motions in state and federal courts at the trial and appellate levels, developing the strategy and expert record required to defeat class certification, and successfully arguing and defending dispositive motions.

Kasey defends clients in a broad range of matters, including cases involving business torts, contractual disputes, and products liability. He is particularly experienced in defending companies faced with putative class action lawsuits alleging violations of state consumer protection laws. Kasey also advises consumer-facing companies with respect to arbitration and class action waiver clauses and defends them in mass arbitration proceedings.

Kasey is currently representing Pittsburgh's leading health care system in highly contested bid protest litigation involving the procurement of services for Pennsylvania's statewide mandatory Medicaid managed care program.
