Ted Steinmeyer represents and counsels financial institutions in a range of complex commercial litigation and regulatory matters.
Ted has diverse litigation experience, including briefing and motions practice in state and federal courts, offensive and defense discovery, fact development and investigation, and witness preparation. He has experience with antitrust litigation, breach of contract disputes, and claims arising under the False Claims Act (FCA). He has also assisted in advising clients on a number of corporate compliance matters.
Ted maintains an active pro bono practice, representing individuals seeking asylum in the United States. He also regularly works on matters involving police misconduct and reform.
Prior to law school, Ted was a business analyst at a financial institution.
