Theodore A. Steinmeyer (Ted)

Ted Steinmeyer represents and counsels financial institutions in a range of complex commercial litigation and regulatory matters.

Ted has experience representing clients in complex litigation matters in state and federal courts, including proceedings involving claims for fraud, breach of contract, and unjust enrichment. He has represented clients in post-closing disputes, antitrust litigation, claims arising under the False Claims Act (FCA), and other contexts. His experience includes briefing and motions practice, offensive and defensive discovery, fact development and investigation, and witness preparation. Ted has also assisted in advising corporate clients on a number of compliance matters.

Prior to law school, Ted was a business analyst at a financial institution.
