Connor Shea advises clients on private equity and M&A transactions, with a focus on real estate private equity. He has experience acting on a range of cross-border and domestic transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, and reorganizations.

Connor has worked with clients such as Greystar Real Estate Partners, CBRE Investment Management, iQ Student Accommodation, MARK Capital Management, ESR, Pictet, GoldenTree Asset Management, Travelodge, and Henley Investment Management.

Connor also has served a secondment at iQ Student Accommodation.
