Amélie Souchet exerce en droit public des affaires, notamment en matière de commande publique, de domanialité publique, de régulation et de contentieux administratif.

En matière de contrats publics, Amélie Souchet conseille sur différents types de contrats du secteur public, notamment les contrats de la commande publique, les conventions d’occupation du domaine public et les montages contractuels complexes tels que les contrats de performance énergétique. Elle assiste les clients à toutes les étapes du processus contractuel, notamment dans le cadre des procédures de mise en concurrence, ainsi que sur les questions relatives à l’exécution ou à la résiliation des contrats.

Amélie Souchet intervient également en matière contentieuse et représente les clients devant les juridictions administratives dans le cadre de recours en annulation, de litiges contractuels et de demandes indemnitaires.

Par ailleurs, Amélie Souchet conseille en matière de contrôle des investissements étrangers en France (IEF), de contrôle des exportations et de réglementation relative aux sanctions internationales. Elle intervient également sur les aspects de droit public liés aux opérations de M&A.
