Tori Roberts represents and counsels clients in complex commercial litigation matters in federal and state courts. Her litigation practice focuses on a variety of matters, including products liability defense and commercial contract disputes. Tori has experience managing e-discovery, writing and arguing dispositive motions, and preparing for depositions and trial.
Tori also maintains an active pro bono practice representing asylum seekers.
During law school, Tori was provisionally admitted to the Central District of Illinois where she was appointed to represent an incarcerated individual in various civil rights claims against state actors. Tori conducted a three-day jury trial that resulted in a partial verdict against the warden of an Illinois correctional facility.
