Paz Rodríguez represents a wide range of clients in complex, multijurisdictional disputes. Her practice spans commercial litigation proceedings at all levels, including the Spanish Supreme Court, as well as international arbitration.
Paz regularly advises companies in the construction and energy sectors on disputes arising from construction contracts and large civil engineering projects, distribution contracts, energy projects, and patent infringement. Her recent experience includes advising the sponsors of two energy infrastructure projects in Africa in injunction proceedings before Spanish courts, applying French and English law. In addition, she has recently provided strategic, cross-border prelitigation advice on unfair competition practices and damages claims in the energy sector.
Paz also has been involved in disputes relating to derivatives transactions, shareholder conflicts, damages claims, and M&A matters, as well as in criminal proceedings.
