Paz Rodríguez is a dispute resolution lawyer focused on advising on international commercial arbitration and on civil and commercial litigation proceedings at all levels, including the Supreme Court.

Paz's experience with national and international clients has been centered on the transport, energy, and finance sectors, where she has advised on disputes arising from commercial agreements, derivatives transactions, shareholder disputes, damages claims (including claims derived from breaches of noncompete and nonsolicitation clauses), and mergers and acquisitions. In addition, Paz has been involved in criminal and insolvency proceedings and in patent litigation.
