Rosalie Peng represents clients in complex commercial litigation, including litigation under the Anti-Terrorism ACT (ATA), and in multidistrict proceedings and disputes involving antitrust and consumer protection actions brought by state attorneys general and private plaintiffs.

Rosalie maintains an active pro bono practice. Her matters include advising a house of worship on the 501(c)(3) implications of advocacy, securing protection orders for survivors of domestic abuse, and representing a client in an appellate criminal procedure case before the D.C. Court of Appeals. She is an active participant in Jones Day's Border Project and currently represents a client seeking asylum and habeas relief.

Rosalie is also a published horror author, with work appearing in an American Writing Award-winning publication.
