Kaela Palmiter focuses her practice on complex litigation in state and federal courts, including representing clients in disputes related to products liability, breach of contract, class actions, and litigation under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). She has experience managing cases and litigation strategy across multiple jurisdictions, at all stages of litigation, including fact investigation, discovery, depositions, motions practice, and trial preparation. Kaela also has represented clients in arbitrations before the American Arbitration Association.

Kaela maintains an active pro bono practice. As a part of the Firm's Post-Conviction Relief Initiative for Survivors of Human Trafficking, she assisted in obtaining an order terminating the probation of a client whose criminal convictions directly resulted from her human trafficking experience. Kaela also handles matters for the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation.
