En matière de propriété intellectuelle, elle traite tout particulièrement des problématiques relatives au droit des marques, au droit d’auteur et au droit des appellations d’origine.

Dans le domaine des nouvelles technologies, Hatziri Minaudier assiste des sociétés françaises et internationales sur des dossiers relatifs à la cybersécurité, à la protection des données personnelles, ainsi que sur des contrats informatiques et des projets d’externalisation.

Elle est également intervenue dans des contentieux relatifs à des marques de l’Union Européenne et à des dessins et modèles communautaires.
