Fatima Khan is a corporate lawyer who advises on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and private equity transactions. She has significant experience across a broad range of matters, including acquisitions, disposals, investments, and corporate restructurings.
Prior to joining Jones Day in 2026, Fatima was an associate at a leading international law firm, where she advised on complex, high-value M&A and private equity transactions. She has acted for a diverse client base, including multinational corporations, management teams, early-stage startups, and private investors.
