Kelly Holt focuses her practice on appellate advocacy and motions practice. She has drafted numerous briefs filed in federal and state courts and has extensive experience in complex commercial disputes and regulatory proceedings. She also maintains an active pro bono practice, particularly in the areas of religious liberty and immigration.

Prior to joining Jones Day, Kelly served as a law clerk at the United States Supreme Court and at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Kelly has also worked as a consultant at ClearView Healthcare Partners, where she used her scientific background to provide guidance to pharmaceutical clients regarding research and development.
