Dans le domaine transactionnel, Edouard Fortunet a travaillé sur les aspects propriété intellectuelle de nombreuses opérations de marchés de capitaux. Il intervient en outre régulièrement sur des opérations de fusions-acquisitions françaises et internationales.

Dans le domaine contentieux, Edouard Fortunet assiste des sociétés dans la stratégie à mettre en place à l’encontre de présumés contrefacteurs en France et à l’étranger, ainsi que dans le cadre de procédures d’opposition, d’annulation, de revendication, en contrefaçon et en concurrence déloyale.
