Katie Eayre represents clients in complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts. She has been a member of teams defending a pharmaceutical company against antitrust claims, representing a product manufacturer in mass tort lawsuits, and advising an aerospace company regarding breach of contract and intellectual property issues. She has additional experience representing health care clients in data privacy matters.
Katie maintains an active pro bono practice, including representing individuals in mediation of their civil rights claims.
Prior to joining Jones Day, Katie clerked at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. She was responsible for a variety of matters at the trial and appellate levels and handled cases involving class action, contract, consumer, toxic tort, insurance coverage, labor, employment, civil rights, and constitutional claims.
