Dalton Earich's practice focuses on intellectual property, with an emphasis on high-stakes patent litigation. Dalton has experience practicing before U.S. District Courts and the International Trade Commission (ITC). His experience encompasses many different technologies including LED (light-emitting diode) devices, robotics, smart wearable devices, semiconductors, integrated circuits, and chemical coatings. Dalton has been involved in various stages of litigation including drafting pleadings, fact and expert discovery, claim construction, general motions practice, and trial preparation.
