Kyle Diamantas is a trusted advocate with more than 10 years of experience advising food, dietary supplement, drug, cosmetic, and other life sciences clients on a wide range of U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulatory, compliance, and enforcement matters.

Kyle regularly provides strategic advice and counseling to clients in connection with pre- and post-marketing reviews and submissions, labeling and advertising matters, good manufacturing practices, development of regulatory compliance programs, agency comment preparation, listing requirements, product recalls, FDA inspections, and assisting with government enforcement actions. Drawing on his broad experience at all levels of the supply chain, Kyle is often called upon to solve complex issues and disputes that intersect the boundary between regulatory and commercial matters.

Kyle also has substantial experience conducting compliance assessments for due diligence audits of FDA-regulated products and entities. Kyle's experience additionally includes commercial litigation in connection with FDA-regulated products, general consumer products, and related advertising and marketing issues. His experience includes multidistrict, class action, and mass action litigation, including multidistrict products liability litigation related to a blockbuster antipsychotic drug as well as class action litigation related to cannabidiol (CBD), talcum powder, and various other food, supplement, and consumer products.
