Wallis Chan's practice focuses on domestic and multijurisdictional commercial litigation and arbitration. Wallis has experience advising large corporations and individuals on contentious matters involving cybercrime, debt recovery, director and shareholder disputes, insolvency, and regulatory investigations conducted by governmental authorities. She has also handled a number of cross-border joint venture and contractual disputes in a diverse range of sectors, including banking, oil and gas, and marine transport.
