Sébastien Champagne dirige l'équipe de Global Disputes du cabinet de Bruxelles. Sa pratique se concentre sur les litiges nationaux et transfrontaliers en matière contractuelle et commerciale. A titre d'exemple, Sébastien représente Nethys dans le cadre des actions civiles à l'encontre de l'ancien management.

Sébastien est également actif dans la négociation, la structuration, et rédaction de contrats notamment en matière commerciale. Il conseille actuellement Irisnet et la Région de Bruxelles-Capitale dans un projet lié au déploiement de la fibre noire au niveau régional. Ce projet vise d'une part à mutualiser les réseaux partiels de fibres déployées par différentes entités publiques et, d'autre part, à déployer un réseau de fibre noire à l'attention des opérateurs de télécommunications. Sébastien travaille régulièrement pour la Sogepa et l'a notamment assisté dans la fermeture de la phase à chaud des activités d'ArcelorMittal à Liège.

Sébastien est juge suppléant auprès du Tribunal de l'Entreprise de Bruxelles. Il dispense également les cours de procédure civile pour le Barreau de Bruxelles dans le cadre du certificat d'aptitude à la profession d'avocat.
