Nick Busher represents clients in complex civil litigation matters, with an emphasis on products liability, securities and shareholder actions, commercial disputes, and mass torts.
Nick's recent experiences include defending a regional energy provider in securities litigation, defending an online sportsbook platform against products liability claims, and representing a global industrial manufacturer in a breach of contract dispute.
Nick represents clients in all stages of litigation and brings significant experience in critical motions practice. He has briefed dispositive pretrial motions, conducted fact investigations, and prepared witnesses for testimony in state and federal courts.
Nick maintains an active pro bono practice by which he has represented incarcerated individuals pursuing civil rights claims on appeal.
Prior to joining Jones Day in 2025, Nick served as a law clerk to Judge Robert E. Wier of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky.
