Chelsea Bollman represents clients in high-stakes, complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts. With a focus on antitrust litigation, Chelsea has experience in all aspects of sophisticated case defense and multidistrict class action litigation. She also regularly serves as lead counsel on cases around the country involving claims arising under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
Chelsea proudly maintains an active pro bono practice. In 2024, her team successfully obtained asylum for a Honduran family seeking refuge in the United States. She also represents clients in a federal Section 1983 case and criminal expungements.
