Charlotte Bienabe assiste une clientèle française et internationale sur des problématiques de droit du travail français tant en conseil qu’en contentieux.

Elle conseille régulièrement des entreprises sur des problématiques individuelles liées à l’embauche de salariés en France, le temps de travail, la rémunération de cadres dirigeants, le détachement, l’expatriation et la conduite de procédure de licenciement pour motif personnel ou économique, ainsi que la résolution amiable de litiges en résultant via la négociation de protocoles d’accord transactionnel.

Charlotte Bienabe intervient également sur des problématiques collectives, liées à l’organisation d’élections professionnelles, l’information et la consultation des instances représentatives du personnel, la négociation collective et la mise en œuvre de projet de restructurations.

Elle représente également des entreprises françaises et internationales dans le cadre de contentieux individuel et collectifs devant les juridictions civiles et administratives.

Charlotte Bienabe a également une expérience en matière d’audit sur les aspects droit social dans le cadre d’opérations de fusions-acquisitions ou de capital-risque.
