Drew Bjorklund represents clients in complex contract, insurance, statutory (Fair Credit Reporting Act [FCRA]), and antitrust matters in state and federal courts. He has been a member of teams defending an international pharmaceutical manufacturer in an antitrust case, defending a pharmaceutical management company in contractual and indemnification disputes, and successfully resolving civil litigation implicating constitutional rights for a prominent religious organization.

Drew has extensive litigation experience in state and federal courts, including briefing and motions practice at the district and appellate levels, e-discovery, offensive and defensive discovery, depositions, and working with fact and expert witnesses. In addition, Drew has experience in alternative dispute resolution.

Drew also maintains an active pro bono practice. He assists victims of online child sexual exploitation in seeking criminal restitution.
