Ian Adams is an intellectual property lawyer whose practice centers on patent litigation. He represents clients before U.S. District Courts and the International Trade Commission (ITC) in disputes spanning a diverse array of technologies, including smart wearable devices and medical devices. Ian contributes to all phases of litigation, from drafting pleadings and dispositive motions through fact and expert discovery, depositions, claim construction, general motions practice, and trial preparation.
