Jones Day represented a dietary supplement manufacturer who received a draft class action complaint alleging that the manufacturer's products falsely claimed non-existent health benefits. Following discussions with the plaintiff's counsel, the plaintiff agreed to withdraw demands without any payment or other remedy.
