Jones Day assisted BNP Paribas and Monte dei Paschi di Siena Capital Services, as dealer managers, and Banca Akros, and ICCREA Banca S.p.A., as co-dealers, in connection with the €7.1 billion (US$8.3 billion) issuance of the new six-year BTP Italia, twelfth issue, indexed to Italian inflation (formerly Tobacco). The BTP is listed on Borsa Italiana Stock Exchange.
